Coliving and community living!

Thanks to the sharing of spaces and its “turnkey” rental offer, Coliving is revolutionizing urban colocation and presents numerous opportunities for young professionals who wish to live together, with simplicity and flexibility. Our vision of coliving is community-based and affinity-based: it’s a whole way of life in community that we develop in the heart of our network of large shared houses. Through our cooptation system, we offer our residents the opportunity to meet their future roommates before they move in. We welcome people who have chosen to take a step aside for coliving, and to share values, affinities and adventures beyond a house. This organization will allow everyone to flourish with people who have decided to live together. The animation of our community is based on the organization of events and activities throughout the year. The goal is to encourage interactions between the residents of our network of shared houses: to create friendships (and more if affinity!), to live authentic experiences, to transmit passions and to discover new ones… Ideally located in the city center of Clermont-Ferrand, our houses are optimized for living together in comparison to traditional shared houses. Thanks to the sharing of spaces, we find in each of our houses large common spaces equipped and adapted to the collective needs (kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room…), as well as original common spaces to take advantage as never before of the community life (garden, wine cellar, cinema room, rooftop terrace…). Sharing a house, sharing costs and benefiting from advantageous rates that you would not have had in an individual home. At Beelive, we opt for flexibility: you won’t have to create a multitude of new contracts and organize yourself painfully with your roommates, because about fifteen services are included in the rent (water, electricity, heating, Netflix, Internet, Spotify subscriptions, as well as cleaning and other services). We have also developed an App to facilitate exchanges, find administrative documents, manage daily hassles, and access the advantages of our partners in a few clicks! The opening of our houses is approaching… We are eager to welcome our first residents!
