Qu’est-ce que le Coliving ?
Coliving is a way of living in a community in dream houses, made up of spaces designed for living with people who want to meet others! A life experience based on shared values such as open-mindedness, discovery and life experience.
After several years abroad, in Northern Europe and Latin America, we were won over by this way of life and created BeeLive. Our goal is to pass on this unique experience to our residents and to make a lasting mark on their lives!
Le Coliving selon BeeLive
At BeeLive, we are reinventing flatsharing for young professionals who are friendly and curious and have chosen to live together in our shared houses. They offer large shared areas as well as pleasant private spaces. In fact, all our rooms have their own private shower room and toilet!
We also bring our communities together around shared moments such as afterworks, dinners and more. And to make the experience truly unique, we organise outings and trips so that Beelivers can (re)discover France together in a warm and authentic atmosphere.
Our vision of community living is to let our residents focus on what matters: quality of life and social bonds. That is why we offer useful services specific to coliving, for a good life together. Our digital administration also makes it easy to create and complete your resident file.

For us, flatsharing means choosing a life experience, not just sharing the rent and spaces that do little to bring people together. Openness, respect for others, mutual support and conviviality are the key words.

To guarantee a pleasant living environment, we have drawn up house rules. Accepted and signed by each resident on arrival, they safeguard good relations between Beelivers. A pillar of a successful experience, they are based on Beelive’s values: respect for others, sharing, discovery and life experience.
When you arrive, we will support you to make settling in easy. After that, we will be there to meet your needs as best we can, and to suggest outings and events for unforgettable moments!
Our trips and outings are always offered, never imposed. Our aim is to help you discover or rediscover the regions where you live, and more! What better way to make community life unforgettable than heading off on an adventure with the other residents?

Coliving at Beelive is affinity-based coliving: an opportunity to live an adventure with people who are a good match for you.
We take particular care in selecting our residents. We favour a co-optation approach. This age-old way of building a community encourages, and often guarantees, successful community living. Thanks to our experience, we choose the right people so that you can have a great experience!
- First, you talk with the Beelive team. We explain the concept, our values and how we work, then assess your motivation.
- Then, once these points are confirmed, we review your application as quickly as possible.
After that, you move in, which marks the start of the adventure!
