All-inclusive coliving

Community life is infinitely rich. Beelive wants to make this experience even easier with a range of services. It’s not just a question of administration and utilities. It’s much more than that! Community facilitator

We welcome you on arrival to help you settle into the community and your new home.

Flat rate charges

We offer an advance on charges including: water, electricity and gas to make your move-in and day-to-day life easier.

High speed Wifi

The whole house is covered by a high-speed WiFi network, and each bedroom has an RJ45 socket at desk level, if you need even more speed! Ideal for teleworking!

Home insurance

BeeLive takes out home insurance and civil liability cover for all its residents.

Housing Tax Management Help

Council tax can be levied randomly on a resident throughout the year. To ensure that there is no imbalance between each resident, we take care to divide the payment fairly.

Maintenance

We are here to solve any problems or malfunctions in the home as quickly as possible.

Furnished and equipped

All rooms and communal areas are furnished and equipped to guarantee maximum comfort for our residents. Turnkey, you get to experience fully-equipped shared accommodation.

Secure connected door

No door in the house can be opened with a key, which means no loss or theft! Each resident has their own code to enter the house and their room.

Cleaning of common areas

Once a week, a cleaning agency is brought in to keep the communal areas clean.

Animation of the community

Beelive organises and puts on events to give residents a good time and create a real sense of togetherness.

Netflix

In the living room, residents have access to a Netflix account for chill evenings in front of the TV.

Monthly brunch

Once a month, a brunch is organised in the house so that all the residents can get together for a convivial moment.

Hifi Pack

A hifi pack has been installed in the living room so you can enjoy quality equipment. There’s no better way to enjoy a film evening with your flatmates.

Digitalized management

No more administrative hassle: everything is digitised to make it easier to manage the documents you need to provide.

Homes textiles

You can buy all your hotel bedding (duvets, pillows, duvet covers, etc.) and bathroom accessories at BeeLive. No need to go to Ikea. It’s ready when you arrive.

In partnership with Décathlon, you can buy or rent bikes to get around the city more easily.

Participation in trips

In collaboration with our partners, we’ll be offering a range of outings and/or trips that you can take part in. Why not join in with your new flatmates?

Pick up

To make your arrival as easy as possible, we can collect you from the airport or station and bring you home with your luggage.
