Creating our community
Our big, beautiful coliving houses are currently under construction, but while we wait for them to open their doors, the Beelive story begins right now with the recruitment of our residents!
Whether you’re new to the city or already live in Clermont-Ferrand, our coliving offer is aimed at anyone who wants to live differently, share their daily life with new people and experience memorable moments. Our vision of coliving is one of affinity: to ensure that the community experience is optimal, recruiting new residents is an essential step.
How do I join a Beelive home?
When a new house opens (the one in Gaillard is coming soon…), the first step in recruitment is to bring together the EarlyBees. They represent the first group of residents in a house that is about to open!
Their role is simple but fundamental: it’s thanks to them that the values of living together will be passed on through a system of co-optation by recruiting the second part of the housemates and thus beginning the Beelive adventure.
Then, when a room becomes available, there are no more EarlyBees, and it’s up to the housemates to choose the future resident(s). Co-option allows all the members of the community to meet their future housemates beforehand, and guarantees a good atmosphere in the house!
How can I join the EarlyBees?
If the Beelive adventure is just beginning and you’re interested in joining the EarlyBees, come along to our Meet Up on 14 April at La Bamboche (Clermont-Ferrand town centre). This event will be an opportunity to meet people who share our vision of living together and who are curious to discover our concept.
We’ll be sharing exclusive information about our homes and services with potential applicants, as well as outlining the next steps on the road to opening our doors.
We will then organise an “Open House”: a tour of the house before the opening, so that future EarlyBees can discover the premises, meet their future housemates and get a feel for their new life. Once the application form has been completed, all that’s left to do is move in and enjoy!
