Finally we are here!

After several months of work, we are proud to announce the launch of Beelive, the first Coliving in Auvergne!
BeeLive has matured as a result of extraordinary experiences abroad in several Coliving concepts! It is within this framework that we are developing a network of shared houses for young working people, centred around the community, with “all inclusive” services and adventure proposals.
The phenomenon of coliving is still recent, and as this model of shared housing is not very developed in France, it was obvious for us to import the concept into our region and to launch this great adventure.
Today, our project in Clermont-Ferrand is taking shape, as we are currently refurbishing two character houses that will open their doors in the coming months, where we will finally be able to welcome our first residents, the Beelivers; young working people aged between 25 and 35.
To ensure that our offer is optimal, our houses are ideally located in the centre of Clermont-Ferrand, close to transport and shops. The Beelivers (residents) will find in these places :
Large common areas: kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, cinema, coworking space, wine cellar, garden, guinguette…
Private rooms: furnished and equipped with shower rooms and toilets

In addition to the rental offer, there are “turnkey” services included in the rent: utilities, wifi, cleaning, maintenance, Spotify and Netflix subscriptions, etc. As you will have understood, everything is designed so that residents can enjoy a shared living experience in comfort and without hassle.

One of our commitments is to provide our residents with a unique living experience. Thus, we will propose via our affinity coliving offer a cooptation system (at the entrance of the members in the house) and the animation of our community (afterworks, sport courses, tastings, bivouacs, outdoor activities…)

Our goal is to allow our residents to live in harmony and to share their daily lives in the best possible way. Our two houses will open their doors in the next few months, and the cooptation between members, initially initiated by BeeLive, will begin before the end of the work. We want to create a network of houses in the city to generate real exchanges between the residents of each of them, so that the social life of each Beeliver is rich and dynamic.
