The Open House – Maison Gaillard
The renovation of the Maison Gaillard will be completed in a few weeks! The first BeeLivers are due to move in in September. It’s “tomorrow” and we are more than excited to welcome our very first community!
August is the month to meet the first candidates during our Open-House! These are moments that will allow you to visit the house in preview, during the finishing touches, to project yourself and have answers to your questions.
We have imagined the Gaillard house, full of history, as a Coliving house perfectly adapted to shared living! It’s a bit like a shared flat, but premium!
First of all, let’s talk about its location. It is located in Clermont-Ferrand’s city centre, 3 minutes walk from Place Gaillard, shops, bars and transport (bus, tramway, etc.). The Place de Jaude is 7 minutes away on foot!
Then, the house has a surface area of more than 260m2 with a garden of 110m2! It will comfortably accommodate 11 residents! All the rooms are equipped with a private shower room and toilet, not to mention a comfortable bed, custom-made storage space so that you won’t lack anything and an office if you need to telework.
THE best part: the beautifully decorated communal areas! A large American-style kitchen for chefs, a beautiful dining room to welcome the whole house for a truffle tasting (Auvergne speciality 😉 ), a great living room to chill out in front of Netflix, a laundry room to wash your clothes (seriously?) and of course a garden with its “guinguette” to enjoy beautiful cocktail evenings or Yoga mornings!
Of course, a lot of services are included, such as weekly cleaning of the common areas, monthly brunch, internet, Netflix, event organisation… Everything is planned to make your life more pleasant.
Finally, we have local partners who will allow you to practice sports, yoga, dance, …
In short, we have thought about as many things as possible to give you a great experience!
