Beelive's vision of coliving is different from that of shared accommodation, which is focused on optimising space and finances. In our large shared houses, perfectly designed and conceived for living together, you'll come together to live an experience! Thanks to cooptation, you'll be able to get to know your future flatmates.

We meet you by videoconference
We discuss your motivations and answer your questions as part of the BeeLive co-optation process. Take your first tour of the house with our virtual tour link!
Administrative validation
We check your administrative file and your guarantor. If everything is in order, you sign your lease and the house rules.
Moving in and Onboarding!
Now that you're part of the BeeLive community, all you have to do is sit back and enjoy!

I spent more than a year in the largest house offered by Beelive, located in Clermont-Ferrand (Montferrand district). […] The room is also very well laid out, with quality furniture and comfortable bedding, which creates a real personal space: you very quickly feel at home.
I only spent 3 months in this house and I met really nice people. It’s perfect when you arrive in a new city. […] The kitchen was the meeting point: there was always someone to talk to or simply spend time with.
I stayed at Beelive for 7 months and it was a very good experience. I came from Australia and didn’t know anyone in Clermont-Ferrand. It was the perfect flatshare to make friends. The house was spacious and the atmosphere was great. I made friends for life.

The house is beautiful, the price is good (€630 per room, all bills included (electricity, water)) + services included in the price (free brunch, Netflix, weekly cleaning of the shared areas, and events organised between the houses).
Each room has a bathroom with a toilet, at least a double bed (size varies by room), a desk and storage. […] On the practical side, Beelive provides quick help when there’s a problem, usually within half a day for a first response.
I spent 10 months at the Beelive house in Les Carmes, a great experience! […] Same for the room, with good soundproofing as a bonus, which is useful when there are many of you in the same building.

The services offered by BeeLive are of very high quality. Each resident has a room with a private bathroom, as well as superb shared spaces that encourage friendly moments. It’s not just a flatshare, it’s a real way of life.
I lived in the Montferrand house for 7 months and it was a very pleasant experience. It’s a perfect place to live for a student or a young professional. The rooms and shared areas are modern and well equipped.
