This beautiful house located in the hypercentre of Clermont-Ferrand takes its name from the former Clermont-Ferrand confectionery “Maison Gaillard” founded in 1819. Indeed, the family who lived in the house ran the shop until 1973, formerly located on the Avenue des Etats-Unis.
Today, the new Maison Gaillard is renovated in Coliving to accommodate a community of 11 residents. You will find beautiful indoor common areas with an outdoor bar in the garden to enjoy cocktails with your BeeLivers!
